Subscriptions

When you subscribe, you'll receive automatic deliveries based on the frequency you select at checkout. Your payment method is stored securely and charged before each shipment.

You can modify or cancel your subscription at any time through the order management link in your confirmation email.

Cancellation Window To avoid being charged for your next delivery, please cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date. All subscription charges are final once processed. Subscriptions are not eligible for refunds.

Pre-Orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you're securing an out-of-stock or upcoming product before it's available. We may collect a partial deposit or no payment at checkout, then charge the full or remaining balance when your order ships.

You can cancel a pre-order at any time before it has been fulfilled. Once fulfilled, cancellations are no longer available, but you may request a refund in accordance with our returns policy.
