Six months ago it was 14.
Four points. In six months. Of PERFECT adherence.
I'd done everything right:

- With Vitamin C ✓
- Never with calcium ✓
- Alternating days (per TikTok hack) ✓
- Thorne, then MegaFood, then Floradix ✓
My spreadsheet didn't lie. 18 months, 6 points gained.
And my doctor's response? "See? It's going up. Keep doing what you're doing."
No. Absolutely not.
